Partner terms

Earnings

Commission is 25% of the amount paid excluding VAT. Pay as you go and Business earn commission on their one payment. Unlimited earns commission on each payment in the first 12 months after the customer’s first payment. Programme rates can change; earned commission keeps its recorded rate.

Customer discount

Your audience gets 10% off their first purchase. On Unlimited, the discount applies for the first 12 months. Your Flipr code is typed at checkout; a typed code takes priority over a referral link.

Referrals

Referral links are remembered for 60 days. No commission is recorded if the buyer’s email matches your account email.

Payments and refunds

Commission has a 30-day hold. Refunded or disputed payments before payout are cancelled. A refund after payout creates a negative adjustment against future earnings. We pay monthly by bank transfer or Wise, in GBP. The minimum payout is £25; smaller amounts roll over. Non-GBP sales are reported separately and are not silently converted into GBP.

Promotion rules

Clearly label posts as ads or affiliate links, in line with UK ASA/CAP rules. Do not bid on “Flipr” or “WeFlip” in paid search. No voucher or coupon sites, spam, misleading claims or promises of guaranteed outcomes.

Removal

We may pause or remove partners who break these rules. Unpaid commission arising from rule-breaking is forfeited.

Keep your payout details current. Only you and Flipr administrators can read them. Contact hello@weflip.app about a payment or correction.

The programme is operated by Lindon East LLP, 37 East Dean Road, Eastbourne, BN20 8EJ. These draft terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
