Why it works for a hen
Most hen do games need one person to run them. Someone has to print, explain, keep score, and be the one not enjoying it. This one runs itself. You send a link. People play it on the coach, in the queue, in the hot tub, at three in the morning. There is a leaderboard, so it quietly turns into a competition without anyone organising one. It also solves the problem of a group where half the people have never met. Everyone learns twelve faces and twelve names in about four minutes, without a single icebreaker.

Photos that work for a hen
The outfit matters more than the face. Anything with a distinctive dress, a hat, a boa, a onesie - that is what makes the mixing funny. Full length, head to toe, one person per photo. Get them against a plain wall in daylight if you can. Photos from a previous night out are usually better than posed ones, as long as you can crop everyone else out. If you have a photo of the bride looking magnificent and a photo of her looking feral at 2am, use the feral one.
