Why it works for a stag
Stag dos have a natural dead zone - the airport, the minibus, the two hours before the restaurant. This fills it, without a single person having to be the entertainment. It works because it is stupid and quick. Nobody has to read rules. You tap a button, three rows spin, and eventually you land on someone's head, someone else's torso and a third person's legs. That is the whole game. The leaderboard does the rest. It is also the rare stag activity that survives being sent to the group chat afterwards.

Photos that work for a stag
Anything with a strong silhouette. Suits, kit, fancy dress, a terrible shirt. Full length, head to toe, one person per photo, plain background if you can manage it. Action poses beat standing still. Someone mid-celebration or holding something absurd will get the biggest reaction when it lands. Do not use group photos and hope we can sort it out. Crop first.

- Yes. Build it, publish it, add anyone who confirms late at £1 a head.
- Is there anything to install?
- No. It is a web link. It will add itself to a home screen if someone wants it there.
- Can I keep it private?
- Anyone with the link can play it. Do not post the link publicly if you do not want it seen.
- Where do I draw the line?
- Read the terms. Short version: no nudity, nothing hateful, nobody under 18, and get people's permission before you upload them. We remove people who ask to be removed.
