Photographs of other people
You may only upload a photograph of someone if they are over 18 and have agreed to appear in your game. You confirm this each time you publish.
Paying and publishing
Publishing a game is a one-off charge worked out from the number of people in it. Editing, replacing and deleting are free.
Cancelling
Digital content is supplied immediately on publishing. When you publish you ask us to supply it straight away and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right to cancel. Placeholder text pending legal review.

Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
